Very professional and has put me at ease!

So far so good, initial consultation went smoothly, dealt with some paperwork and product ordered. I had a vape and some flower which arrived in a couple of days. The medication has been great for me. I have chronic back pain for the last 3 years and have had the 1st best nights sleep in that time. During the day when it gets bad, a quick blast on the vaporiser and all sorted. The customer service so far has been very responsive and will continue using these guys after transferring from somewhere else

No problems Quick sign up Quick first consultant and prescription.
Can't pay with card online for some reason (problem myside) but was able to pay over phone.
So far so good

I was surprised how easy CB1 made the introduction process and I was clear of what was needed and the process all the way through. I was connected to a great clinician really quickly and got a selection of products to try to sort my pain. It all arrived swiftly so I recommend this service wholeheartedly.

The pre checks and registration were really simple.
When i had my first appointment the dr listened to me, took my medical history into consideration and prescribed me based on my individual needs and did not just briefly look at my mental health conditions and say no straight away without even talking to me like other clinics did.

New to this company. But so far I’m very impressed. Professional, quick service. Fair prices. Quality products.

The application process was so straightforward, the dr that gave me a call made me feel at ease and was lovely throughout. I have suffered with my mental health since the age of 15 (childhood trauma) bpd, ptsd, and I struggle with severe back pain. No medication ever worked or I was fobbed off and not listened too. Finding out about this will really change my life for the better, and I appreciate all the help from cb1 🩷

Time waters and messers. Find another medical cannabis company. These guys are so disorganised

DO NOT USE CB1 MEDICAL! This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life! I have been trying to get more information about the data breach since it happened in August 2025, I'm now dealing with their lawyer as they don't even have the decency to follow through on simple processes and look into this themselves.

I have been lied to constantly and ignored, laughed at on the phone to them and have been trying to investigate exactly why they have been lying. I have been asking the simple question "When did the investigation begin and complete?" so I can correlate this with emails I have from them saying they cannot discuss it as its still being investigated literally up till a few weeks ago they were still saying this. Both CB1 and their solicitor / lawyer refuse to give me this information - as basic piece of information. They told me how the breach happened - they used an Indian company called "DNAGROWTH" to deal with some aspect of patient information! I recommend visiting their website and you will ask yourself why on earth CB1 are using such companies to outsource YOUR information to. It was this company who apparently caused the breach. But every time I ask them when the investigation started and finished - they get defensive and say they don't legally have to provide this.

I'm pretty convinced that CB1 also have no problem with putting fake reviews on here, as previous reviews get pushed down by generic reviews added right after I received a message from Trustpilot saying that CB1 are trying to get my reviews removed!

From my dreadful experience with this company - the worst I have ever had to deal with in my lifetime - they are extremely untrustworthy and simply do not care. The incompetence of the way they handled - or didn't handle my complaint is beyond words. They have tried to make me feel like I'm exaggerating the whole thing. I asked for £50 compensation to use a data broker remover for a year a result of my information being stolen due to their incompetence and they just point blank refused. It has caused me immense stress and anxiety over the last few months and they just do not care one bit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can't advise this enough but you really should use another provider as CB1 do not follow basic processes for anything.

I've been trying for three weeks to sort out 2 vape carts leaking they make promises to rectify it and do nothing they have left me in extreme pain ever since

Literally could not fault this company. Will never change pharmacy, Cant recommend enough, Always on hand when contacted, Prompt delivery, great advice, Life Changers.

I tried to sign up for this,After being told I qualified and thanking me for registering I completed a form only to be told I was not registered. I could get nowhere, So I mailed them, They just ignored my mail, terrible or should I say non existent service so far.

Be careful when you automatically think this is regulated.
It may say it is.
They can not regulate this.

YOU WILL DEFINITELY ALWAYS GET DAMP AND A LOT OF THE TIMES WET...... YES WET FLOWER.

They say if you have an issue to keep 75%of it to send back and it takes 4-6 weeks to complete your complaint.

So you will be left with no flower and the next month when your prescription is ready, if that flower is wet, same process.

The biggest issue is....... NO GUIDELINES WHATSOEVER FOR CUSTOMERS TO STATE WHAT FLOWER SHOULD BE LIKE. SOME ARE CRISPY DRY AND OTHER ARE ACTUALLY SO WET THE GRINDER HAD TO GO IN THE BIN.
THIS IS SO UNFAIR ON THE PEOPLE WHO ARE GETTING MONEY STOLEN ON THEM THROUGH WET FLOWER.

AND WHAT AN EXTREMELY POOR PROCESS TO RESOLVE IT.

Great experience from consultation to receiving my first prescription delivery. Unlike other clinics, the lack of a recurring monthly fee really stood out for me. I also appreciate being able to choose which flower products I want included in my prescription, which isn’t something every clinic offers.

Delivery has been fast and reliable, and that alone makes a big difference compared to other clinics I’ve used. Overall, CB1 genuinely stands out among competitors and comes in at a fraction of the cost of many others. Easily one of the best clinics I’ve tried so far. I appreciate the one off fee, and then free for life for consultations. And by research, the best flower prices and selection without being overly expensive.

I receive top service for my purchases in every order. They reply to emails within 24 hours but typically within a few hours. The price of consultations and service is better than any other prescriber.

I recommend this clinic and I will be purchasing again.

The stock issues are not a poor reflection of the company but of the cannabis industry, as no one can grow the same product every time; it has to be listed as a new product. This is not CB1s fault

Great company everything done very swiftly and good products

Was recommended CB1 by a friend due to it being fast and cheap. Signing up was hassle free. Initial consultation was quite transactional but I'm a simple case with no question of eligibility.

They advertise next day delivery, but it's only next day from when it's posted. This can actually be a few days after you order so it's a bit disingenuous. But it's not hard to order a week or two before you need it!

I have nothing to compare it to, but it does seem like a lot of products are out of stock.

None of this bothers me since most meds work the same for me. I'm happy buying what's in stock and ordering with time to spare!

My experience was very easy and I spoke to an understanding doctor for 10 minutes. My product arrived 3 days later. Very happy with the way it works.
