Nothing bad to say, very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process.

I found out when I moved back to the UK that I had a parking ticket from 2017 that had resulted in a CCJ as all the correspondence was sent to an old address (despite address updates). Not the most fun thing to find out when you are trying to rent a property.

I contacted CCJ Removal Services and after providing them with all the details, Emma was fantastic in helping me get it removed. Sure it took a few months to sort out, but all the timeframes she gave me were eventually far shorter than quoted, so now we can embark on a house purchase journey quicker than expected.

If you think you have a case to get a CCJ removed, can't recommend this service enough. Will save you a lot of money in the long run as your credit score goes up significantly.

Great service, they deliver as promised! My case was assigned to a lady named Cayman who managed the whole process start to finish, was super communicative and incredibly helpful!

Winnie was simply the best, she was a great support for me on my ccj. Winnie showed real support and I would defiantly recommend Winnie to anyone who's struggling with ccj's.

I have unfortunately needed to use their services twice. Due to moving house and collecting 2 parking fines sent to a previous address.

Emilia Lane dealt with my case and was "super efficient" right through the process, explaining what needed to be done and drafting all the paperwork required. She handled the application very efficiently. The initial ruling of the court was to classify the application as "an attempt at credit washing", but Emilia was having none of that. She went on to follow the appeal process. This normally requires a court hearing, but the appeal she presented to the courts was so good and meritorious that a judge set the ruling aside without the need for a hearing.

I initially spoke to James. He explained the process right from the start and was really lovely and supportive. I liked that he wasn’t pushing me to make a decision, and gave me some time to think things through. I was then passed onto Emilia who handled my case. It was a pleasure working with her. She was extremely detailed and thorough and I felt like she truly cared about removing my CCJ. She kept me up to date the whole time. The whole experience was great from start to finish, such a fab company - and my CCJ was set aside. Thank you!
