From my experience, you're better off buying a cheaper saber. Worst blade color change experience of my life and still can't get it right. I ordered two sabers that were supposedly in stock. Got one. Still waiting on the other.
Hello everyone, I want to notify you that if you would have any manufacturing problems with your saber and you're unhappy with it then you can forget about a thing such as customer support. The proof of my words is that I received a very expensive 89 sabers replica lightsaber from ccsabers and was very frustrated because the product is contrasting the expectations. This is because the product is very fragile and cheap made, especially the rubber parts. I also had a crystal reveal option and it was an absolute pain to get this panel extracted without damaging the rubber and this including the fact that I have a very slim fingers. The product came without 2 rubber parts already from the box. I read the refund policy and emailed them about my problem and I asked them for a refund but no one sad a word to me. I hope you guys would have a better experience in shopping online by avoiding ccsabers, good luck.
I ordered the count dooku proffie, it was delivered directly within 1 week to germany. There were no scratches, the accuracy and sound is crazy and i can really recommend to order from ccsabers :)
I bought a darth maul lightsaber in October 2023, and when I got it, it didn't work properly, so I packed it down again, and wanted to return it. And i spent so long trying to get in contact with them and they never answered until i left a review. Then the owner got in touch with me. So I've sent it away in January 2024, and now it's the end of april, and they have not replied. I sent them the receipt for the return and pictures prooving it, and I contacted them later in January reminding them that I've sent it return, but no answer. The saber cost me 415 usd total, and the return cost me 81 usd. What's going on?
