I purchased a cctv kit which developed a fault within 6 months they have not replied to my e mail in over 2 weeks. You may think the below copied from their website is their proud gurantee. It is not. it is consumer law with their claim of a complaint response in 5 days. The order and delivery was completed in 1 to 3 days.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
If an item is faulty within the first 6 months
Please contact our technical department and if a fault is confirmed as best as possible remotely, we can issue you with a returns number and a next working day doorstep swap in most cases (subject to stock availability). If the item is not faulty you may incur a restocking fee which will depend upon item condition.
We may also be able to offer a full refund if this occurs within the first 30 days.

Terrible service not bothered in the slightest unless you want a huge order, read and don't bother replying to emails, say they are going to get back to you and never do! Didn't place an order in the end, I can only imagine what it would be like trying to return something or get something sorted under warranty.

Avoid

Ordered a Hikvision 4MP package. Was good to get choice of cameras, lens and NVR and know they were are all compatible.
Site easy to browse and prices competitive.

Paid extra for next day delivery and arrived as promised by UKmail.

Only constructive criticism I have is that the order tracking did not update and stayed at processing. I called on morning of delivery to check it was dispatched and was helped by a very polite member of staff who confirmed this and checked tracking for me.

CCTV installed and up and running, very happy!!

Would definately use again and can recommend to anyone.
