So me and my partner have bought many of these keys for Xbox live over the years however today's one was expired, they sent us a dud, we reached out to them , they asked for a screen shot of the error , and we have radio silence. We haven't bought any other Xbox live till we have this sorted so no online gaming today, and what's the point in getting another expired code . So cdjkeys have robbed us for £13.29 and won't give us a refund or a new code it's disgusting, don't ever buy a thing from them again, they are also trying to re brand themselves as loaded , what a load of SCAMMERS.

Une catastrophe !
Clé reçue dès le paiement de la commande, certes, mais ensuite débrouillez vous avec Microsft !
Chez Microsoft, impossible d'avoir accès au téléchargement de Office 2021, et Cd-Keys est incapable de m'indiquer comment faire ni de m'aider en aucune manière. J'ai perdu des heures avec ces incapables ! Et évidemment ils sont aux abonnés absents si on demande un remboursement.

Er was een probleem met de installatie van Bitdefender total secure. Na een prettig contact is het simpelweg opgelost door Heino. Dit bedrijf is een aanrader.

Ich habe am gleichen Tag von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht und auch eine Bestätigung bekommen und nun werde ich hingehalten mit der Erstattung. Man bat um 14 Tage Bearbeitungszeit. Inzwischen ist es ein Monat, und man schreibt frech, wenn ich weiter nachfragen würde, würde es nur noch länger dauern. Es fühlt sich nach Hinhaltetaktik an und nicht lösungsorientiert. Ich überlege mir eine Anzeige bei der Polizei.

I purchased an Office license. I haven't received it. I suspect that this is a fraudulent site.
Even if the site is legitimate, I would not recommend its services. I paid for something I did not receive. I contacted support and have not received a response. It has been more than 10 days. The license should have been sent immediately via email (as indicated in the order).
Let this serve as a warning to others.

La fois précédente j'étais passé par un autre fournisseur qui avait bien fonctionné pour office PRO 2019. Cette fois c'était pour une licence Windows 11 PRO à 11€ et j'ai choisi CD-Keys.online. Comme il y avait des commentaires négatifs je me suis promis de revenir donner mon avis quel qu’il soit et tout fonctionne parfaitement sur mon ordinateur depuis 10 jours avec Windows 11 PRO. Aujourd'hui je vais probablement mettre à jour ma suite office PRO avec la version 2024. En espérant que cela vous soit utile.
Edit : Office Pro 2024 acheté pour 16,77€ et fontionne très bien. Les avis négatifs viennent probablement du fait qu'il faut suivre scrupuleusement la procédure d'installation qui est donné dans le mail que l'on reçoit à l'achat du produit (suivre le lien dans le mail)

Es una estafa, unos auténticos estafadores. Cobran, y no te envían absolutamente nada. Pides el reintegro de tu dinero y se niegan. No compren aquí, hay sitios más fiables. Está gente es una ESTAFADORA.

It was advertised via Google (CD keys) for a digital autokey for Assassins Creed Shadows. This was advertised online as works in GB.
I then collect the code via email and code does not work and on email had (AR) next to code.
I have constantly emailed customer services for a refund, as this was advertised as a digital key for GB and not my error that a code for US was sent. Sent then several screenshots of error code and still they have not refunded my money. I will be putting this in as a payment dispute with my bank and contact the financial ombudsman to investigate your trading standards, as you should not mis-advertise and sell a product and then refuse to refund on the premise of this. You have also lost a customer and I advise people in UK to be very careful in buying from this site in future as they are not transparent in providing refunds even when been mis sold product and have proof of this! Avoid at all costs! I will be having this investigated on principle of the matter!

L'acquisto e l'invio del codice è stato immediato. purtroppo il codice non funziona, la loro procedura indica (diversa dalla reale) non funziona...il loro supporto alla e-mail "support@ cd-keys.online" NON FUNZIONA. Nessuno risponde a 2 mail di richiesta(del 23/09/2025 e del 25/09/2025) dopo 7 giorni. secondo me, le recensioni sono finte, a parte quelle con una stella.

J'ai tous les e-mails de nos échanges qui prouve mon avis
C'est de la pure arnaque faite par des personnes sans scrupules, j'ai payé 13.99 euros pour une clé qui ne fonctionne pas. Ils ont tout fait pour ne pas annuler la commande et annuler mon droit de rétractation et surtout pour ne pas me rembourser. Ils sont de mauvaise foi, voire insultants et menaçants, ils détournent tous les problèmes pour les retourner contre leurs client, c'est comme ça qu'ils répondent aux personnes qui ne sont pas satisfaites.
En bref pour avoir office 365, j'ai du demander a un autre site, qui m'a complétement satisfait.
Je réitère : arnaque et malhonnêteté

Parce que mon avis est très négatif mais surtout parce qu'il reflète la vérité, les arnaqueurs de cdkeys-online n'ont rien répondu et n'ont rien justifiès tellement ils se sentent faux-jetons
