Terrible company.
Ordered a turbo manifold for a 1jzgte VVTI and was contacted saying it may be shipped a few days later than expected, no big deal. I then heard nothing for weeks.. I tried contacting them for weeks and let it go on for a month before either barely any contact or they kept saying it would be shipped immediately.. it never was. Funnily enough they started to respond quick enough after I put in a chargeback claim with my bank, they emailed trying to get me to cancel the chargeback, of which I have email evidence of them saying so, also trying to lie saying it would take 75 days for such thing to happen.. little did they know I already had my money returned so they had no leg to stand on.. I wouldn't have minded waiting a little if it had to be made/ordered in but it was the communication that put me off massively, of which caused them to loose a customer, and I'm sure many more. I would reccommend anyone to avoid this company at all costs and judging by other reviews it seems like a common occourance

Don’t bother.
Spent £400 on a genuine vertex wheel. Ordered in Feb with 1-3 day delivery.
Nothing at all turned up.
Messaged them to see what was going on as it was a birthday present and they said they would send a gift note. They never did.
Kept chasing
Disputed with Klarna and they clearly ignored them too.
It’s now April and I’ve only just gotten my money back after they pied me off for months on end after promises of chasing my order.
Waste of time and just disappointed. Convinced the item didn’t even exist.
LISTEN to all these negative reviews because I didn’t and look where it got me

I mean rubbish is not the word these guys are the pits

Ordered at the beginning of February arms that were "In Stock" on the website.

When they didn't arrive, a week + later I emailed them asking them when it would arrive as we had no tracking number. They notified me that they are out of stock and we have alternatives. They're EXTREMELY slow replies made it take almost a week to even get the new ones ordered and placed of which I received the invoice immediately.

That was 2 weeks ago now almost and still not here, multiple emails to them of which have just been ignored. Asked for a refund, also been ignored.

I'd avoid this place tbh.

Ordered a Milltek exhaust for my VW Golf R on 4-Feb-26.
Chased for delivery and then repayment numerous times, direct by email and through their online contact as no phone number provided!
Generic reply acknowledgements only received.
Have now made a claim on my credit card.
Will be contacting Trading Standards accordingly to ensure that this website is closed down and to avoid others being scammed by this fraudulent trader.

Ordered an angle kit for my 350z, Got skeptical after when reading reviews online. Sent a few e-mails asking for updates on dispatch but all I got back was 'they will look into it and get back to me' Never did get an update.

Paid with Klarna pay in 3 so opened a missing goods case. CDM said that if I close the dispute they will refund (This won't happen as per other reviews they either won't refund or take forever todo it) So am waiting for Klarna to resolve (Even if it takes 75 days as per CDM)

A report to trading standards may be in the pipeline too as it seems many people are being scammed.

After one year of waiting they cancelled there prepaid order. But did Not return the money. Pure fraud.!

I placed an order with this website in mid-January and have been waiting for my refund of €788.42 ever since. Despite multiple promises from their team, I have received nothing and they have repeatedly failed to fulfill their commitments.

This company is clearly operating in an untrustworthy manner. I want to make it very clear that I will take all necessary legal action, including instructing solicitors, pursuing chargeback procedures, and filing official complaints, to recover my money.

I am fully prepared to cover any legal costs required to assert my rights. My patience is exhausted, and I urge anyone considering doing business here to proceed with extreme caution.

The communication was excellent. I will do business with them again

Fraudulent company needs investigating by Trading Standards, place an order at you peril

I have ordered just 1 product on the 10th of January I got an email on the 12th of January saying that it will take 3 weeks to be delivered, despite the fact that it was saying something else on the website. I have 12 emails sent backwards and forward with them looking for excuses that there is no staff as they are on holiday, just ordered the part from the supplier and it will be with us shortly and will send a tracking number. only excuses !
Scammers as they not give you the refund when you ask for it as you are entitled to as the delivery term was not respected !

Ordered and paid for some parts but had to change 1 item as I ordered it for newer model of my car, the item was changed to the right one but the replacement was £100 cheaper so a partial refund was needed, i kept chasing the refund to be told it was processing, 4 weeks later still no refund on my card, had to contact my card company to recover the money.

Not only did they take almost 3 weeks to deliver my order.
I need to return it and they don’t respond.
No doubt waiting until I’m after my months grace!

Absolutely awful 'company' to purchase from. The idiot that runs it is either completely stupid or it's just a plain old scam - constant excuses, no tracking info, no comms unless chased. Will be reporting to trading standards - initiated a chargeback on my credit card on the basis that Conor Duggan is a scammer. Holding up my build despite constant requests for refunds and due dates.
Don't bother replying to this, it's all words.

I look forward to meeting you at an event next year.

Ordered a cnc71 arm on 30/10/25, was told on 14/11 that it’ll be 7-10days. (That’s fine I can wait) assuming a shipment was arriving, I ordered the other side on 24/11 and I’m now told both arms will take equally as long. (Wanted these parts for Christmas holidays to get my car rolling again. I actually spoke to cnc71 during this period and they haven’t even sent these guys the parts. Inclined to say scammer, but I just truly believe that they are just useless and in debt, therefore not receiving any parts ABSOLUTELY AVOID

They replied to my review 4 days ago saying someone would reach out. Nobody has and still no response on my email. I’ve filed a claim with the bank if anyone else has and issue like me, then I recommend you do the same. 5 months wait is ridiculous.

I recently ordered a turbo manifold. Never received a tracking number or any email saying it was shipped. I am currently still waiting on my refund and haven’t received any confirmation on when I will see that either. Communication is poor and unprofessional

Ordered parts worth nearly 2K and after 2 weeks without any communication or tracking, I contacted them. They did respond and said the order will be dispatched within the week. 2 weeks later, and still nothing. Contacted them again and was told it will again be within the week. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Tried to email them, but the emails kept bouncing back. Contacted Pay Pal and got a refund.
