I had a very disappointing experience with this agent, Sonika Thapa. I paid AUD 1,200 on time, but the service was consistently delayed and poorly managed.

Despite providing all required documents in advance, the work was always done at the last moment, and I had to constantly follow up for any progress. Responses were often late, and actions were only taken after repeated reminders.

When work finally began, I was frequently asked for additional documents at short notice, instead of being informed clearly at the beginning. There was no respect for my time, delays from her side were common, yet I was rushed to provide documents immediately whenever she chose to work.

She also failed to submit additional documents requested by Engineers Australia, which forced me to complete the final submission myself to avoid further risk to my application.

Overall, the experience was stressful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agent due to poor communication, lack of reliability, and failure to deliver services as promised.

Timeline of Issues:
September 2, 2025: Contacted Priya for CDR assistance
September 4, 2025: Paid full $1,200 AUD upfront (first mistake)
September-November 2025: Despite promised 25-day delivery, they took 60 days to complete. I followed up 10-12 times, always getting vague responses about "quality reports" and "making sure it's top-notch."
November 2, 2025: Submitted application to EA on fast track
November 18, 2025: EA requested revisions to career episodes and project reports. When I questioned why revisions were needed after 60 days of work, no satisfactory answer was given.
December 10, 2025: Received "revised" CDR one day before the December 11 deadline. Priya suggested requesting a 10-day extension from EA.
January 15, 2026: EA requested more documents (graduation certificate from India, 6-month work experience with builders, salary slip)
January 18, 2026: Submitted all additional documents with revised CDR
January 27, 2026: NEGATIVE OUTCOME - EA stated: "The career episodes you have provided did not meet the competency required for the nominated occupation."
Their Response to Negative Outcome:
When I confronted Priya, they refused to take responsibility, claiming EA is giving negative outcomes to everyone and it's just a "trend." However, the rejection reason clearly stated the issue was with the career episodes they wrote.
Red Flags:

No physical office - Claim to be Adelaide-based but no verifiable address
Suspicious phone number - Sounds like a forwarding service to another country (possibly Nepal or India)
Facebook group promotion - Found them through "Skill Assessment- 190/189/491/186 visa ENGINEERS AUSTRALIA" group, which appears to be run by their own employees
No online reviews - Should have been a warning sign
Zero accountability - Refused to acknowledge their CDR quality issues

Final Thoughts:
I paid $1,200 AUD, waited 5 months, and received a negative outcome directly attributed to poor CDR writing. They delivered 35+ days late, required multiple EA-requested revisions, and still produced substandard work that didn't meet EA competency requirements.
My advice: Look for CDR writers with:

Verifiable physical offices in Australia
Genuine customer reviews on independent platforms
Money-back guarantees for negative outcomes
Transparent revision policies

I feel completely duped and am now back to square one with my migration plans. Don't make the same mistake I did.
