I ordered a record, payment was taken and then I heard no updates. After a week I contacted them by email, no response. Contacted twice more and still nothing. Finally had to open a dispute with paypa... もっと見る

Ordered 2 cds, only one arrived in the post. No response from them despite several emails sent. An automated response came each time only quoting my name. Really poor service. I see the numerous 5 sta... もっと見る

The exact same thing happened to me as…
The exact same thing happened to me as happened to this person. I found a CD for my mam's birthday, they took my money instantly, got a confirmation email for payment, they never sent the CD and never answered my emails. Only when I made a claim through paypal did they send a refund! The thing that annoyed me most was not responding to my emails!
I would recommend that you NEVER buy from this website.
"Very unhappy. Found a cd I’ve been looking for , paid for it and got a confirmation email. Didn’t hear anything for a while so I emailed asking about the order and never heard back. Had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and only then did they email back saying my order was out of stock.
Don’t order from here

Very happy!
I was very happy with my purchase of a Bodhran drum from CD world Ireland.
The product is good and the service was excellent, a lot more personal and caring than most other online companies.
Thank you so much.

No issues!
Had no issues ordering from CD world and had to contact their costumer service with a issue and found them prompt and very helpful, so I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Please don't trust this company
Please don't trust this company
I ordered a vinyl from this site and hadn't heard back for nearly 3 weeks. Was getting worried about my order so I got in touch with their "customer service". Communication was woeful. Took nearly a week to respond and just announced they were cancelling my order because the item wasn't in stock anymore. How can you trust a site that does stuff like this? I'm still waiting for my refund too. I might have given a second chance but they gave no apology or anything to show they were genuinely sorry. So please order vinyl's elsewhere, there's plenty of fantastic Irish retailers that sell vinyls online and offer a better service and communication (and a LOT cheaper too).
