I did not receive the hair I ordered. After sending pictures what I received in the mail they still said I ordered that style. I ordered a short curly bob and received a long curly used hair, matted. They said I can return the wig but if it looks like I wore it I will not be refund. That is how I received it. Then they offered me 5% off the next order. Will not ever be another order. Also, you think you are clicking the link for Cecilia.com here in the US it switches over to ceoilim (CEOILIM) in China which there is a difference. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

this company happens to go under several different names but the email address is always the same service at cecilia .."m customer service xecil.com...5 different names.. SAME COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE STONED!!!! for ROBBING PEOPLE EVERY DAY .. NO CONSEQUENCES.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.. THOUGHTLESS GREEDY PIG COWARDS!!! different NAMES EVERY YEAR but it's the same place they are monsters!!!

Return policy is not customer focused. Told to ship back to China, and I cover the shipment costs! The package had a California address. This cheap wig isn’t worth spending any more money. I’ll donate it to trash! Don’t let the fancy advertisement sucker you into doing business with this company. Wish I had read the reviews before my purchase.

Buyer Beware!!!
I wish I had done homework prior to purchasing these “mops” that’s what the wigs feel like. They are hard, nowhere near what is advertised. Pinterest should ban them from advertising on their site. Do not believe them when they tell you that you can return with no questions asked LIES!!!! They tell you to keep it and maybe you will grow to like it and that it will cost more to send it back.
Total waste of money.

It’s less than a one star and they had the nerve to suggest that I should try to keep it I might grow to like it! Is not even near the wig that I ordered nowhere near the wig that’s on the photo not a lace front and they totally lie about their refund policy. Return policy moneyback policy. They are liars. It is a terrible company. Do not waste your money. I literally sent them back picture comparisons to the wig that is on the advertisement and the wig they sent me and they still had the nerve to suggest that they will give me partial refund. They are a disgusting company. They give Internet sales a bad name. I will never buy another wig online just because of my experience with them.

No way of contacting. Emails can't be found. No number and on my Bank statement it says cecilim internet. WOW! Big scam!¡ Dispute if you can
I never received any of my wigs!! Beware!!! Scam!!!

Ordered item and received it.
Upon opening it I realised the quality was not as advertised. It is very poor and thin.
I emailed the customer services department in October requesting a refund did not even get a reply.

Avoid this company by all means

This company really deserves zero stars. The wig I received was in abysmal condition. It looks as though it was used, there was actual "hair" missing right in front along hairline in front. Adding to the terrible condition of this product there is pieces of plastic sticking through along the front. I felt insulted that company thought so little of me they would send me a product like this. I added pictures of the wig taken right after I took it from the bag and included them with email.
I received a reply today from Cecilim stating verbatim:
"We are deeply sorry that you are not satisfied with our product, but we ask you to consider keeping it. Maybe it can bring you surprises or unexpected effects. We can apply partial compensation for you, 5% of the order amount. You can make a note when you order our products next time. We will give you a gift. Please accept our method." I was/ flabbergasted!! I truly can't believe the audacity of this company and how abhorrent their customer service is. I hope this is of service to others.

I order wigs back in December 20, 2024

These wigs will go in the refuse bin. They are not as advertised. I should have given the money to charity.

The wigs and the pictures are not the same. What I ordered was not what I got. One wig looked as though it was repurposed and sent out. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are making a donation. You WILL NOT receive a quality product. I still have to get the wig I wanted but will purchase it in my town where I can get what I want. The only reason I gave a star is because I couldn’t write a review without it. Otherwise there would be no stars.

Should have read it before I ordered. Worst wigs I ever seen. Do not order from this company.

Cecilim.com hair is the worse hair I have ever seen and the company not fit to be in business as they are deceiving and unprofessional. Have no ethical responsibility and completely a scam.

The customer service is terrible with no value for customers and guarantee not to get your money back when you request a refund.

Please if you ever buy any hair from Cecilim, do not ! I said not pay with your debit card. Always pay with PayPal etc as you’re guaranteed to get your money back.

Please be aware the wigs are fake!!!!

I purchased a wig. Did not get what was pictured. It was a tangled mess when I received it a month later. I tried contacting them several times. When they finally responded, they claimed no email or order was found in my name and never responded to anymore messages from me. They are copying Luvme wigs onto their site. I know because I just saw one that I bought from Luvme, same wig name. I couldn't get my money back though filing dispute with my bank because there were no order number given to me. Please don't waste your money ordering from Cecilim wigs. Check out their reviews . It is a sham company.

Rubbish...These wigs are not good quality and a waste of money. They say free return but this is not true as I had to pay over £20 to return the products to China. Please don't waste your money on these.

The wigs are so bad I actually had to laugh instead of getting mad!! The hair on the wigs are not even hair!! So regretful that I didn't read reviews before I ordered. To top things off, there is no information on return policy. Waiting to see there response to this.

Items advertised were not the ones received. Actually Cecilim name advert and website, the support desk information provided is none existent and when asked to refund/return label, they use ever tact to avoid progression of a refund. It is unfortunate that they already have purchase details at the outset.

Very, very, very poor experience . Withdrew payment and came back with additional withdrew stating additional taxes. Delivered wigs I did not order. emailed them. Emailed stating problem with request for return label. Emailed back they needed to see wigs. Emailed pictures of wigs. Emailed back I needed to keep wigs and no return address. I had to pay for returns. Mailed wigs to address on package. Wigs returned to me. Finally, gave me address to return to China. A months passed still no refund. Per USPS handed of to China rep. January 22,2024. Do not buy from Cecilim, They will run you around, not provide ordered wigs and not refund as needed.
