We operate across a wide range of sectors including aviation, telecoms, energy, surveying, homes, healthcare, legal services, and more - with certain schemes approved and overseen by regulators including Ofcom, RICS, CTSI and the Civil Aviation Authority. Depending on the scheme, disputes are resolved through adjudication, arbitration, or conciliation - each conducted by an independent, impartial third party with no connection to the trader involved. Our role is strictly neutral: we do not represent consumers or traders, and the outcome of any case has no bearing on the fees charged to the businesses we work with. Reviews on this profile relate specifically to the consumer ADR process and reflect a wide range of scheme types, dispute outcomes, and individual circumstances. Wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my time. I trusted this service but they just caused so much stress. Kept asking for information I had already provided and made me feel I was loosing my mind. They have suddenly closed the case on the basis they do not deal with claims for damage to property.....well guess what, that's NOT what I was claiming for.
