Great experience

I bought EV charger EO Mini 3 Pro and got email next day that I need to call support before they will process my order. If I needed somebody to talk I rather goes to physical shop.

Great product delivered on time

Great customer service, prices are great, even though I'm not I the trade. They have gained as I'm due to spend a great deal on my industrial units. Thanks

1. Parts ordered did not arrive on time and has now cost me around 2-4 weeks delay in my project - I needed tha parts for complete as it was part of a sequence of operations.
2. One of the parts just wasn't delivered - the empty packet was and as I said previously caused a delay of between 2-4 weeks - I'm still waiting for information on the part that was not delivered.
3. Have sent photographs to their customer care address but only received a very generic reply - no personal contact whatsoever. Nothing related to my issue

This combined with searching for the CEF office in Church Street Aberdeen - which I found on the internet and tried to find for arounds 2 hrs in between dealing with road works the day and even locas had not heard of it although it clearely stated an office at that address. I later found that they had closed the office but did not take it off their website.
5. Went to their office in Wellheads Drive in Aberdeen and asked for the equipment I needed but no help whatsoever. Didn't even ask for them to call their other office in Aberdeen as I was told they had the same stocks, Would have been worth a shot - to call. I would have done it if it had been me but I had given up on them by that time. Only people to help were HSS Hire in Aberdeen. Wasted time cost be 1/2 day when I didn't have that time to waste.
5. Your review of location still has an address that does not exist and does not even have the store address I went to in Aberdeen - what a poor state of affairs.Lost for word really!

Ordering online was simple, I had however to do it twice to substitute for a failed pick up. I had initially ordered to pick up the same day at a local store, I received the "ready for pick up" email, so I drove to the store to pick up the items which turned out were not available there. I wasted an hour or more of my time and more than £10 on petrol. Second online order delivered direct to me without problems.

Colin from store called up after my second order and comment to apologise and explain what happened. I very much appreciate that and his offer to cover my costs. My previous experience with the company and the store has been good. I have therefore revised my comments here and my score above and will continue to rely on them as my electrical supplier of choice.

Ordered @ 6pm arrived 9.30 the next day. Fantastic service very helpful staff.

Top quality products, fast delivery👍

Many stock items available, delivery was ok, website was satisfactory.

Service was fine but when I arrived at the store to collect an order that had been placed via the website, there was no trace of the order.
