The team at the Bodmin branch were really helpful. They offered practical advice and provided plenty of information to help me make an informed decision.
I am really grateful for all their help, and very happy with my purchase.

I purchased a Makita lxt sander online and experience was fantastic,great price and prompt delivery so I decided to get a Makpac box and inlay from my local store in Bodmin Cornwall,I rang them regarding if they had them in stock,Lee informed me they hadn’t but would ring me right back and update me,I heard nothing and contacted them again,was given apologies and would do it straight away,still no call,next day I rang again and again apology’s were made and was told they would have to contact Makita sales rep to get price and stock update?,was again told they would ring me!,four days later still no courtesy call to update me!!,I have noe contacted Power tool world and they helped me straight away with purchase!,the online experience with CEF was fantastic but my local store was useless!!
AS REQUESTED CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES AT THEIR REQUEST TO GIVE CONTACT DETAILS AND EXPLAIN ISSUES BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING AT ALL FROM THEM!!

Even though I am in the St. Austell catchment, Bodmin is the store I use.
Top service, where you actually speak to a human instead of a bot.
Online ordering is very easy, and any returns, quibble free at any store.

Quick and easy staff are brilliant

I was promised when CEF started a catalogue they wouldn't do the stupid mistake that WF did and put prices up. The promise wasn't kept.

Other electricians tell me you are selling product to anyone at the same price as them. You did that in the 70's and I didn't buy product from you for 40 years

Having dealt with CEF for a few years, building a business relationship that has gone from strength to strength. With good support and customer service from the local branch team of the "Tea boy" to the assistant manager, van driver and sales representative. It is always a pleasure to deal with them, as there is no "bull" if they haven't got what we need or if there is a delay, just an honest response. Keeping us informed of any changes for an order or to a delivery. Can't fault the team. Well done Bodmin.

As a company we use CEF frequently. They always deliver a prompt and reliable service.

Great service, with a smile. I got there quite late on Saturday, forgot they close at midday. Ryan was happy to serve me and made sure I had what I needed.
