They couldnt find my order and accused me of lying. Very disorganised.
Wilsons Electrical sorted it out.

The team at Basingstoke are excellent. Good knowledge of products, know our particular needs and products we use on a daily basis, good stock levels, second to none service in sourcing and delivering materials on time. We look at CEF Basingstoke as a partner to our family run business. CEF is now our sole supply which I have never done in the 37 years in the contracting industry solely because of their team and the service they deliver.

Used to have an account with CEF some years ago but now occasionally deal with them online. This is the 2nd order in succession where the item has been delivered ontime, overnight to DX's Andover depot and then delivered later that day to CEF's Basingstoke depot. Once there both deliveries have seem to disappear in the depot. This time 3 days later a call to CEF-online's customer services who resulted in them ringing CEF-Basingstoke immediately which resulted in the "lost" delivery being found within the depot!

Everything I ordered, delivered on time

I ordered the wrong item on-line but was able to return it to my local store and get advice and order the correct items.

Brilliant service at your Basingstoke branch, staff were so helpful and i was able to make my choice of the two comms cabinets that I had selected, best thing was I could order it on the web site and it arrived the very next day with another cardboard box around the original to protect it, top quality cabinet, I have been here many times but this is the first time I was able to leave a review and would definitely recommend CEF to my fiends and family :-)

Ordered via the website on a Sunday night as I needed the items Tuesday latest, but got a email message late Monday night saying the order had failed and that I should contact my local branch. As my branch wouldn't know about the issue until the Tuesday morning, this was a big worry as I needed the items that day.
I must say, Basingstoke branch were fantastic and on the Tuesday morning got the local cef to where I was working in Wales, a driver and although he had to get stock from more than one site, still managed to get all my items to me by midday. Fantastic service and a great response to an issue on their system.
