A fantastic online service - an average in-store experience. I visited their Burton Upon Trent branch to purchase an additional component for my project. Their website stated the item was in stock in-store, however the member of staff behind the counter said none of the quantity was on the shelf! I asked when they would be visiting the supplier - vague response. I asked if I could be contacted when they were back in stock - my name and contact number were taken, and one week later, I am yet to receive a phone call… Their website claims the item is now back in stock. I purchased the component elsewhere.

Extremely helpful assistant who helped me sort out the item I was looking for. It was almost closing time but he "went the extra mile"

Although I had an issue with the wrong item being sent, delivery was quick and when I spoke to customer service they helped get my issue sorted very quickly. They guided me to my nearest store and I managed to swap items with minimal fuss 👍

Although the burton branch could not solve my problem the service I received was superb thank you so much to the staff at this branch. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for your help

Did what they said they would do, delivered the parts we wanted when they said a delivery time, they stuck to it, thank you, had workmen relying on the delivery.
