Delivery of parts is a little hit and…
Delivery of parts is a little hit and miss, paid the extra to have a stock item delivered before 12 noon, and it turns up at 14:40; and then you have to go through customer service to try and get your delivery costs refunded, they cant help as a different department.

Service was effective and easy to work with.
Service was good, the CFF team sorted an issue with the inicallal order quickly which meant that we took delivery of the items intim for onward shipping to our site location.

Exceptional customer experience with the CEF team particularly the online division branch. I spoke with Jodie and she was very helpful. Ordered Thursday for next day delivery…
Ordered Thursday for next day delivery (Friday) with notification of delivery. Had to phone Friday to check on delivery, not there and could be delivered late. Never did get a notification of delivery so checked on following Tuesday . My order had arrived but when I went to collect the counter staff were unsure. Service did not appear anything like coordinated.

Electrical wholesale packaged perfectly
Jamie and Andy go the extra mile to service and maintain us as electrical contractors even going as far as bringing materials to site 30 miles away at 6am as to help our team do their job.
Superb, on point service with a smile from the start available to help near enough 24/7 and can’t do enough.
Products are fit for use and far superior to screwfix etc. Service second to none. Pleasure doing business.

Part delivered to wrong branch. Messed up morning.
No reason given for the mistake.
Was told they were unable to transfer to branch requested.
Poor experience.
