I just wanted to say a big thank you to your team for sorting out the missing order from fedex and replacing the item which I received first thing this morning.
You kept me in the loop through out the whole time and were very understanding.

Collection or delivery?
Ideally I wanted to collect my items directly from the store but of my two items only one was available but I could get both delivered for free. The great news was both items were delivered before 10am the following day. Good choice and good service.

ordered item on Thursday paid £5.95 or next day delivery, On Saturday I received confirmation that the item was being dispatched!..It is now Monday lunchtime and the item has not arrived
