Short staffed on counter, slow service on click and collect order.
Ordered online to click and collect 2 small items, RCD and RCBO . Only 1 person on counter and was waiting over 10 mins before I got dealt with. This was only after I'd phoned the branch and asked someone from the back office to get their a**e out front and serve people!! I like the staff at CEF but don't have time to wait around when needing to get to the job, especially when am just picking up.
