Totally impressed with CEF!
I’m usually pretty picky when it comes to shopping online, but CEF absolutely nailed it. If you’re on the fence about ordering from them, just go for it—you won't be disappointed.

I wanted to create a trading account for the organisation I work for to purchase workshop consumables - had no idea where to start in setting one up. When I reached out to the support team, I was contacted by Arron who has very kindly guided and helped me throughout the process in setting this trading account up. He's been able to answer all my questions and directly guide me throughout the process. Thank you for all your help Arron ! :)

Went to outlet and they didn't have in stock,told me to order online and get delivered to house

Order turn up on time

My account manager Mike Hull went above and beyond to supply me some new power tools at a great price. I only wanted a couple of bits but ended up with a great new set of tools, I didn't intend to come away with quite so much but couldn't be happier or more impressed with the quality of service and speed of delivery. Thank you CEF.

Enquired regarding PAT testing equipment, passed onto guy who was very knowledgeable, advice, offer of face to face training, was brilliant, I bought an Ethos Pat tester and certainly will be back for more products and advice.

The team are always welcoming - considering that I am a small local business. Also helpful.

I’d like to thank Nick the Branch Manager of Dover Store who has gone above and beyond again to dig one of your suppliers out of a hole after nearly letting me down with my order which is for a charity event and without this product the event would of collapsed.
Nick took upon himself to go out of his way and go to the supplies which is 3Hrs away from branch, battle with traffic and then return to personally deliver my item to make sure it got back safely and on time

4 stars. There was no notification that the ordered item had been delivered to the local CEF station. In any other way, everything was perfect.

Dover branch - I use this branch for approximately 90% of my daily materials and my experiences have always been very positive and productive. The staff at this branch Nick, Trevor, Luke, Sam and Barry are always very welcoming and provide a great report and professional experience over the 6yrs I’ve been frequenting this branch, they are a credit to the company and I would always recommend anyone in the area to go and see these guys for any electrical needs as all are very knowledgeable and great to deal with.
