Online order problem
One item from an online order was missing in the delivery to store for my collection. These things do happen, that's life! However the store staff were absolutely excellent in diagnosing and sorting out the problem. I cannot praise them enough. We all have problems, it's how you get over them that counts.

Excellent Customer Service!l
I called our local branch in Eastbourne about ordering and collecting the product. He suggested ordering online, but selecting to collect as otherwise, as we are a small business, there might be a danger of no one being available to receive the delivery.
I have since had to call as I wasn't able to collect when I'd anticipated, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.
