Helpful telephone staff at Marsh Barton. Excellent value. Prompt delivery.

Went into Marsh Barton office, didnt have in stock - asked them to order for me and they said I must do it onine. I mentioned and they agreed that if it was possible to order from them as opposed to online I would not have to pay delivery. Sadly I got nowhere and had to order online and pay for delivery.

Cannot fault CEF. Professional, friendly and helpful. Can recommend.

Delivery came next day all goods were as expected. My only comment would be the box appeared overly large for the contents.

The whole process was rapid and would be difficult to improve upon. Very satisfied

elect box didn't turn up at all. I paid £9.95 extra for AM next day. I had the National Grid chaps standing in my yard waiting after CEF had promised to deliver. Customer service were ok but they in the hands of their couriers who eventually lied when they said they tried to deliver. Still haven't had a refund so i'll have to chase them again!

I couldn't identify the part I needed. I rang the local office, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff who found the correct part from my description and talked me through how to order on their website........and I don't think there was anything in it financially for them as the Web order was sent from a distribution centre. The staff made me feel welcome even with my silly questions

Next day delivery, and spot on easy to use on line ordering.

When one deals with buying one wants a knowledgeable Sales Rep. Top delivery of the correct item at the best price. No waffle, no white lies just straight down the line. Helpful and honest. CEF ticked all the boxes. The item was fitted the same day as received. All perfect performance.

Ordered online, exactly what I wanted and delivered promptly.

Ordered large number of lights for an upgrade in a communal area.
Kris, manager of Exeter sourced the lights but we ordered online as online orders get priority and had next day delivery of 28 lights to the Exeter branch, fast, easy and reliable.
First thing in the morning they were there, all good, happy tenants too.

It was easy to order though one part had to come from another store and postage is more than I usually pay when ordering items. It arrived on time and took only minutes to collect. Shall use again if I need to.

One of the very few companies that offers a good online ordering system with decent prices where you dont feel ripped off. Most companies have extortionate online that makes the whole online ordering shameful but not CEF. Delivery is also always quick.

If you need to engage directly with the branch staff you get excellent expertise and advice
