Just wish the trade counter could have ordered the part I required for me but as I have no account that was not possible which meant I had to wait extra days. but never the less got what I needed staf... もっと見る

I ordered some SY cable & glands online to be delivered to Gateshead (Team Valley) store. When the engineer attended the trade counter he was told the cable had been delivered to Durham branch because it had a Durham invoice number.
The engineer repeatedly told the member of staff the delivery address was Team Valley, but they were not interested and said my order wasn't there.
I called Durham branch to enquire if they had my order, and was informed they did not. I called Gateshead store back, and was advised my order was in fact in branch.
The member of staff tried to tell me the engineer didn't give the order number etc, which was absolute nonsense as he had viewed the order and saw it had a Durham invoice number. I get the impression the person on the trade counter couldn't have been less interested in even looking for my order in the warehouse. Very poor customer service which delayed the engineer getting to a job on time.

I was told that I would be able to pick my order up next day which is fair enough
It got to 4.30pm and I had heard nothing so I called the number on my order to be told that it had been ready for collection from 9am and when I asked why didnt they call text or email me (as I was waiting for the cable) the woman said they were probably too busy
So I went along at 5pm picked it up with nobody in the trade counter
Great customer service !!!! NOT
