Had no issues
Had no issues. Received the item as described. I had to change day of delivery and that caused no issues. They actually asked if I wanted the delivery brought forward but it didn’t suit me.
DX Delivery tracking is basic. I much prefer DPD but the package got here so no complaints.
Had to call them to confirm my identity. Said they couldn’t process the order until they talked to me. Never had that before but it didn’t hold anything up and the person I talked to was spot on.

I requested 6mm order for cable outside…
I requested 6mm order for cable outside and when my electrician laid it into ground we realised it was 16 mm and had to buy additional cable
