The branch are always helpful, going that extra bit to get the goods I need. The website needs looking at, you can leave goods in the checkout without realising, no reminders are sent.

Excellent customer service
Friendly, knowledgeable staff at the CEF store in Harlow spent time explaining and showing me the options for new downlights for my bathroom. Since these weren't in stock at the store, I went home and ordered then online from the CEF website. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt and efficient. The lights arrived in good condition so I look forward to having them installed.
