Very good service.
Easy to order for delivery, though I would have preferred to collect from store. No real explanation why I couldn't collect, but you made up for this because the parcel arrived earlier than expected.

Very helpfull and knowlegable staff, ordered materials online, all items arrived on time as promised. Will continue to use CEF.

A good choice of products in the range i was searching. Good advice on the phone and a speedy delivery. I was expecting free delivery but had to pay.

We needed a design, specification and supply for an LD1 Fire Alarm system and City Electrical’s in house team provided it quickly and at a competitive price, initially via our branch contact Ben Davies. In addition, when we had follow up questions, we could contact the experts directly and they were answered quickly with good advice given. Exactly what we needed.

A fast and efficient service, providing high quality items. Sadly let down by the choice of courier who lied about the signature on the delivery note and failed to deliver to the customer address.

Bought a Dimplex wall heater online as Hereford branch didn't answer my email asking about collection. Had to top up my online order by a couple of quid to qualify for free delivery, but worth it. Dimplx heater fine.

GOOD SERVICE

Goods delivered within 24 hours of ordering and to a comparatively remote location in central Wales. One item was damaged, but replaced within a couple of days. The 3 metre long protective cardboard tube used for the single replacement length of cable trunking, was however, excessively large - about 175 mm diameter - and therefore wasteful, and another item of packaging to dispose of. If it had been a few years earlier at least I could have given the cardboard tube to my children to play with!!. Does CEF want the tubes back for re-use?
