The staff in the Irvine shop are always helpful. In the event, the item I required wasn't I stock. I ordered on line as that was quicker and easier. Easy website and very quick delivery.

Great Service
I bought an expensive power tool which required delivery. It was handy being able to pick it up from the shop instead of being in.
The service was quick and I received a call as soon as the tool was delivered to the shop.

Irvine branch-excellent service
Knowledgeable staff at Irvine branch and had items required in stock. One item needed to be returned due to my electrician’s error. Store refunded item full price no problem and advised ordering replacement (giving me the stock code number required) online due to the size of the cable roll which would be delivered next day. Item ordered on website 4.45pm and paid next day delivery which was only £5, I received email that night to say it had left depo, item delivered the following day. Excellent service
