Ordered 6 30 x 30 Bracket with Fixings…
Ordered 6 30 x 30 Bracket with Fixings on the 11th of April and still have not arrived or revieced an email of confirmation or delivery, this is now the 18th. Poor show from a company and I defo won't be using them again!!!

I ordered the Heatrae immersion heater online as it was not a usual stock item. It was delivered next working day and I collected from my local CEF. Excellent prompt and polite service as I have always found in my previous purchases. Highly recommended.

Ordering the items was fairly easy, not on the items I needed were in stock so were delivered to store a few days later. Staff in store were very personable. I have given 4 stars as the delivery charge to store was almost £6!
