Super fast delivery over Easter bank holiday, best price I could fine anywhere

Brilliant service, next day delivery direct to site. Our local CEF at Louth provide a great service.

Your staff in Louth were extremely helpful in identifying the most appropriate bulbs for the outdoor ceiling light I had brought from you online and provided advice on how to fit it.

Cef are a fantastic company and will go the extra mile for southview holiday park parkdean resorts, we use the louth branch and they are very informative and very responsive to any question. Our rep is liam and he is so helpful and is always on hand to deliver the best quality services possible. We will continue using CEF as no other competitor can match the quality and the fantastic customer service.

I was taken with a major issue. They didnt care. They didnt want to know and left me at more risk. Shame on them

On my last order at my request the cable was spooled onto a substantial drum for easy installation. One item was out of stock so I ordered it online and it came the next working day

Nothing really, except value for money. My package was delivered to a totally different address as in wrong road, number was OK thoughgot the County correct. Joke 😒

Very helpful in Branch, other areas unclear. Very slow from depot to Branch, but other deliveries/carriers were OK despite holiday breaks. It seemed to get stuck in Newark, no reason given.

Ordered, got acknowledgement, got dispatch notification, got product. Job done 👍

Gentleman at the Louth Branch advised me on how to get some alternative bulbs which have been discontinued. Everyone else said I needed to get new fittings.

Part I wanted (Expel-air extractor fan unit) was not kept at local store so the employee talked me through ordering it on the company website for delivery the next day. Excellent service from local store counter and delivered on time.👍

I bought an extract fan which when fitted was very noisy, CEF dropped off another plus a silent version to give me an option when I went back to the customer no charge for this and offered to collect the returned fans from me.
