Good and efficient service. Item as ordered delivered when promised.

Always great service from Maidstone South
If things don’t go to plan they will always sort it out

I was happy with my order that I placed and the price was cheaper than others. I set up an account, which I later received a call to confirm if I wanted a cash or credit account. All going well at this point, until the following day when my order wasn't what I ordered, had arrived. I received someone else's order! I contacted CEF and gave the details of the parcel so this could be resolved. Later that day I received a call from the person who received my order. He suggested as we didn't live that far apart that he would drop my parcel round and I hand him his. As this other person needed what he ordered for a job the next day, he didn't have any option. I've knocked a couple of stars off, just because this was my first order with this company and I did not get any reply back after my phone call reporting the wrong parcel. I would have expected some decency for a call back to me personally. I was lucky the other person was trustworthy and willing to go out of his way to resolve this. We can all make mistakes, but just have some decency to call back or you would have been given 5 stars!

Easy to use online store, prompt delivery time and no issues!

The staff at the Maidstone South branch are really helpful and knowledgable. Charlie regularly goes out of his was to help me and makes sure that I have what I need in a timely fashion. I mainly deal with Brett and Charlie, but the whole team there definitely go above and beyond. The whole store needs recognition in their level of customer service, because its above and beyond.

Although I was disappointed that my item (a movement detector), was not in stock (to be fair it was a pretty obscure item) it was good that CEF offered to post one to my home addrress from their central warehouse. It arrived quickly. I was charged for postage as my order was under 50 pounds, which was fair enough. Pretty happy overall.

I ordered some armour cable on line it was very easy delivery was very good came on time and easy to track
Iteam is what it ment to be and very easy to work with

CEF was the only company that I could find the breaker that I wanted.
I couldn't even find a new or secondhand one on ebay.
The price was in order with free following day delivery, what more could you want.
It arrived in the following morning well packed and undamaged.

Just FANTASTIC.
