The guy who answered my call was most helpful in giving advise on the various chargers for sale, which were many of various makes and possibly also instal info. It enabled me to go on the internet site and choose the charger, which was delivered free of charge next day. All of this ticked the box for me.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience, contacted my local Mansfield branch for an electrical component I'd seen available online. I left my details and all the necessary part numbers only to be rung back an hour later and told to order the part online. Not a satisfactory customer service incurring an added postage cost you on top when the outlet is 5 minutes away from home. It was as if they just couldn't be bothered, makes me want to take any further business elsewhere in future.
