Poor Delivery Service Despite Paying. Poor Customer Service. I won’t be back
Order made for trunking for a job. Delivery charge £5.95 for a Thursday delivery having ordered on a Tuesday. Didn’t arrive. Apologies don’t cut ice with me when you are paying for delivery sorry. Tracking does not match what they allege. Who does one believe? No refunds allowed for delivery charges. Avoid them like the plague as they claim to have get out clauses everywhere. So I will vote with my feet and never use again.
