Three times now i've asked for prices for solar panels- say's on my account page to ask the branch.
Still no prices to date after nearly a year of asking.
Only thing I can think is they are that busy these day's they don't need anymore business.

They helped me get a fan in the heatwave and rang me when the fan came in the next day and also offered to hand deliver as well.

Amazing service.

Really helpful staff particularly the manger and assistant manager. They are always able to find unusual materials at the Newbury Branch

First class service as always. Pretty much what every I need the next day, anywhere in the country. Amazing its like a well known delivery service for electricians

I was looking for a replacement RF set for central heating and on searching CEF offered a very good deal. Placing the order was straight forward and delivery to the branch was good. I picked the items up and the service given was very good, giving a very professional and friendly experience. Based on this I would recommend them.

The ordering online, collection from my local branch was a simple process.

Order was due Thursday so on off-chance (even though I hadn't received notification that it had been delivered to the store), that it had arrived I dropped by and the counter assistant was very helpful even though she hadn't sorted through the deliveries and was willing to look through everything and find it. As it happened that wasn't necessary as it was sitting on the counter :)

These guys are supposed to be professionals with all the knowledge so when i was given totally incorrect information about what i needed for a small stand alone solar system it took the branch manager to step in and try and sort it out. Either employ people with knowledge or make sure they are not allowed to speak to customers about things that they don't understand.

Great for ordering online if not in stock at your local depot.
Placed an order online around 4pm and it was delivered to store the next morning at 0830.
