Easy to use online service and knowledgeable staff in branch.

Bought shower, didn't work. Tried to return within 4 days (bank holiday). Said to contact manufacturer. Consumer Rights Act states it should be taken within 6 months.

Called Triton who came out, 3 minutes on site, sent bill £100 (call out). Credit control didn't want to entertain this and said will send bailiffs and ignored my request for complaints.

Update....
I was contacted and told area manager will be in touch, been a week and no contact. Had to ring again and I got a call. Was sympathetic and assured this will get sorted. Local brach said they rang and left a message but no missed call nor anyone message. Emailed instead and still haven't managed to sort the faulty shower and have been trying to contact via email and phone but just being ignored....by both branch and area manager... pathetic!

Received a quote, ordered online and picked a delivery slot. Package arrived on time.

Item shown as in stock at local branch so ordered for click & collect. Got email 30 mins later to say ready to collect. Then got phone call to say not actually in stock but would be delivered from another branch next day ?! Went to collect next afternoon but not arrived, told would arrive later that day. Didn't happen. Following day told would be in later as driver was collecting from other store. Didn't happen. Already delayed job and needed item so ordered from other store 10 miles further away. Picked up next morning just as got text saying item now in at other store !

Very good fast service and good advice,the on of young man staff is got amazing ideas and proper advice.

no complaints-sorted out a phone querry on the spot -goods delivered on time and were all ok.

Lost a company credit card reciept so phoned the store and they were vary helpful and polite and sent it me via email.

My van was off the road for a new screen and I couldn't pick up, Preston depot delivered to site for me same day, excellent 👍

I went in to order a specific item, an LED lamp which CEF were able to supply. The man in the shop said it wasn't available in store but could be ordered He explained the ways it could be obtained. I chose to order online and collect at the branch. It was there a couple of days later

Great suppliers - Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient.
Whenever we call they sort & source what we need, they call back when they say they will, Online is also easy & delivery is quick.
We use them more & more and will continue as they are just what we need.
Generally If we call in to any of the branches around the area they are all very good
