So easy to order and having a local branch was a bonus for collection. Also it was nice to have a free coffee while waiting.

Bad first impression...
This was the first time I'd ordered a product online or purchased anything from CEF. Firstly, the website said the item wasn't available instore - which was incorrect. I ordered for next day as I needed it ASAP. The next day I rang the store, and was told it hadn't arrived. Two days later I went to the store where I was kept waiting at the counter, (whilst the radio was on way too loud), then told the order hadn't arrived. I retrieved the email saying it had been. Ten minutes later the manager was called, who found a photograph of the delivery taken by the courier. Another ten minutes later and they 'found the parcel out the back'. I was instore for over half an hour. It was NOT a great first impression despite the apologies.Poor service, it wont be my 'go to' place Im afraid.
