Great service

I visited the Hornchurch store & found the two people I spoke to very helpful. They advised me of the type of replacement spotlights I should buy & advised that I order them through the CEF website as it would guarantee next day delivery, which I did. Excellent customer service.

ordered cable online

ordered cable online, quick delivery, but wrong cable delivered, it had been quickly sourced from another branch, the only downside was that i had to collect it, otherwise great service.
