CEF offer a very good service, order online and collect. Not the cheapest but very convenient, and branches in many locations.

I got exactly what I wanted! I had an unusual part request as a machine had been supplied with incorrect connections. When I visited the local store for advice and to hopefully pick up a replacement, I was told that they had nothing available. What impressed me was the effort the staff went to, to make sure I knew what I needed and even tried to find it in a different store, sadly to no avail. However, I was given a precise part number and ordered online. When it arrived, less than 24 hours later, I was very impressed with the entire service. I received something of better quality than expected, quicker than expected, at a price that surprised. VERY impressed! Thank you! Especially thank you to the young chap at Tamworth branch for the assistance - very much appreicated!

I have traded with CEF for 40 years under various titles. They have NEVER failed to deliver. Whilst they may not be the cheapest, they only use quality materials, they have a branch around every corner and can now overnight gear. What more is there???

Josh and all his team at the Tamworth store are polite, and give a friendly high level of customer service.
They always give good advice on whatever you are purchasing for the job. Nothing is to much trouble. Hot and cold drinks are available for customers, which is a nice touch. Finally Chris and Eddie always leaves you with a smile on your face on the them cold dark winter mornings.

Was a great moment in my life when CEF opened a branch here. I look to it as a first call whenever I need stuff now as click and collect or fast internet service should they not have it in stock, Huge range of contemporary stock from high quality manufacturers.
