Looked on Google for what I wanted CEF came up with a good price and reasonable delivery charge. So ordered my item with a selection of delivery dates to select which was best for me.

Needed some measured armoured cable…
Needed some measured armoured cable urgently as the landscapers were starting work. CEF, had what I needed and cut to my requirements had it delivered within 48hrs of ordering due to the weekend. I was kept informed throughout the process. Thank you CEF and thier excellent courier.

Very poor customer service at branch
Very poor customer service at branch. Courier stated that delivery was made to branch prior to midday. Went to collect around 4pm. Staff could not find order and told me it had not been delivered despite knowing that courier had stated delivery had been made. Shrug shoulders attitude and suggested I should phone the order line surely a member of staff should have done this. I phoned order line who were very good. They phoned the branch with the name of signature and the delivery was found with the excuse that it was under waste cardboard as the collection of waste had not been made. All this could have and should have been quickly resolved by staff not telling customer to go and sort it yourself.
So order correct and delivered on time 5 star. Help line 5 star. Branch customer service nil star. Would I use CEF again, Yes but would not use that branch.
