I’ve been ordering from Celebritips Nails for a while now and I’m honestly so happy every single time 💅 The quality is amazing, they last so well, and they always look so clean and polished. I get compliments constantly whenever I wear them! Not to mention they have wonderful customer service.

I can confidently say I’ll be a forever customer and will definitely keep ordering again and again.

My only small request—if possible, I would LOVE to see more of the medium almond length offered in more colors. That’s my go-to shape and length, and I’d buy even more if there were additional options in that size!

I just have to say how much I LOVE this brand’s press-on nails. The quality is honestly unmatched — they look like a salon set, feel super sturdy, and last way longer than I expected. I’ve tried a lot of press-ons and these are by far my favorite.

On top of that, the customer service is incredible. They’re so responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers, which makes such a difference. It’s rare to find a brand that nails both product quality and customer experience this well.

I love the products! I have placed 3 orders and everything is great. One order had an issue with shipment and I reached out to customer service and received a replacement immediately. The products hold up and they are great for those of use who prefer shorter nail styles. Will order again and I will recommend to all my friends.

I love these nails so much. Just ordered my umpteenth set but for some reason the carrier couldn't deliver and my package was returned to sender. I just emailed them and Celebritips took care of it immediately and we're so kind. I really do love when you can just send an email and an actual person replies and takes care of it. It's honestly so refreshing, and I will always support businesses like this.

The kindness and professionalism of this company is second to none. I had an issue with delivery, thru no fault of Celebritips. Nevertheless, they handled it quickly and successfully.

Paula was amazing and was able to correct an error in my order immediately no questions ask and then sent me tracking the next day.

I just want to say how kind Paula was when I wrote asking if the design should wear off on the tips. I sent a photo and to my surprise she is sending another pair and even apologized. That truly isn’t her fault but she was just so sweet and kind. I love these nails as they keep my fingertips from splitting and the look so great. Extremely disappointed. This product is not as advertised and left my natural nails destroyed. To make matters worse, the removal oil is completely ineffective—I've followed the steps, but it simply does not work."

I ordered a couple of sets of nails from Celebritips for the first time at the beginning of February. When my anils did not arrive as expected, I reached out to customer service and they were immediately on it! They immediately responded, sent a replacement set in case the original set does not show up and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I couldn't have asked for a better response. Can't wait to try my new nails out :)

I had a great experience overall. Although my original package got lost by the carrier, when I reached out to the support team I received a reply within 24 hours and a replacement order sent, which arrived very quickly within a couple days. The product is great too. I used to spend $80-100 on builder gel manicures every few weeks and this product feels incredibly similar to that but at a much more reasonable price and without ruining my natural nail. I really recommend this product and applaud the customer service team. Thank you!

OUTSTANDING customer service!!
First off, I want to say that their product is gorgeous. I'm new to press on nails & I used the wrong glue with the UV light which made the nail pop off. I reached out to customer service, and Paula responded very quickly. Helped my with clear explanation of glue types and how they are used. I don't think I've had this level of customer service in a long time! This is a great company - I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Celebritytips. My original order was stolen after it was delivered, which was so disappointing, but their customer service was truly amazing. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and so easy to talk to. They replaced my order right away without any hassle at all. Beautiful, high-quality press-on nails that lasted nearly a month! When my package was lost/stolen, their team replaced it immediately and even included a complimentary gift. Amazing customer service and a brand that truly cares. Highly recommend.

Do not waste your time. I purchased several sets and the UV light and glue to get free shipping. I purchased the extra hold glue in addition and none of them last more than a few days. I tried to complete a return and they keep convincing me to try the product and avoiding my request to return. The customer service is terrible and they do not honor the return policy on their website. I would not have purchased without the option to return. I am contesting the charges with my credit card as I feel this company is a scam

Best press on ever! The shape and color are well designed and saloon quality. It stays on my hands for two weeks. They are different from other press-ons only by looking. Love it 💕

I have been trying to return a package and no one responds they keep sending an email that has nothing to do with what I am talking about. And then I received another email about the return but only included a link to the faq about returns that has the same email. The customer support is not responsive. I have been emailing the company for the last six days. I want to return this order cause I do not want them anymore and the package is not used nor opened.

These nails do not stay on. They are no better than any other press on nails I’ve tried. They started falling off right away with light household duties. I just put them on last night and have already had to put 6 back on.

The nails are super cute but the adhesive doesn’t work.

Product never arrived. No response from customer service. Had to file dispute with my credit card company.

These might be the pressons I have ever used! I ditched the salons 6 mos ago after being a dedicated to the salon every 2-3 weeks for a fill. The cost of these are a no-brainer even at full retail (though they often run promotions so sign up for their emails!) I was spending $100+ every 2-3 weeks and hour or more sitting in the salon. I was a huge skeptic, thinking here we go another IG brand, but these are legit!!!! Let me scream it from a mountain top… these are AMAZING!! You’ll never have salon quality nails that look this perfect. I get more compliments on these nails that take 10-20 min in the comfort of my own home then the ones I spent hours getting done in the salon. These are durable and I highly suggest you buy them!
