it’s my own fault i should have researched more deeply, chose this company as it was apparently UK based and offered a full returns service. I received my trouser suit for a wedding and like many others it’s cheap linen material and virtually see through so not appropriate for the wedding i want wear it to. Contacted them to return and i get an e mail please keep, 10% refund and a 50% voucher to buy something else from their site. Are they kidding. Replied no i want a full refund happy to return, now offering keep it and 30% refund. I wouldn’t use this as a handkerchief let alone pass it on to anyone it’s such poor quality. I don’t understand why they are allowed to call themselves Celeste London when it’s a chinese sweat shop…….DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, inferior quality and no refunds, just bartering with you all the time.poor poor practice

Avoid ordering from this company
Being called Celeste London, I thought this was a UK company, instead I had a lengthy wait and when the dress arrived it was cheap material and not what I’d imagined from the pictures online. I realised when returning it that it had come from china and cost £19.90 to return.
I would advise anyone to avoid this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the Zafira Women’s Wedding Guest Strapless Maxi Dress with Side Slit for my daughter. When it arrived it was damaged as there were pulls in the fabric. I emailed them and it took a further email from me before they replied five days later saying they're looking into it. I have heard nothing since and it is almost a month later - no refund, no further response and a dress that is unwearable. Please don't waste your money on them. Buy elsewhere.

I orderd over threr weeks ago recived nothing no emails back or nothing. They have took my money and have no instension of sending nothing. What they dont no is what i do for a living and i can tell you this they wont get away with it . Lesson learnt what as this counrty become to. Refund asked for no reply as exspected. SCAM. Bad Quality & Poor Service
Quality of the clothing is very poor. Nothing like as shown on their website. Returning the items has proven very difficult and I am still awaiting a response. Would not recommend this store to anybody.

Ordered a dress which took ages to arrive, unfortunately it was nothing like the picture and the material was shiny and thick not nice quality.
I got in contact to request a refund, as Celeste London are not in London at all and in china? I would have to send the item back at my own cost.
They offered me 40% off another item which again would cost me more money!
Then before I decided what to do they sent £6.99 refund on a £35 pound dress.
My advice do not buy from them. 😡

SCAM WEBSITE (SHEIN QUALITY CLOTHES)
Ordered a dress for my sisters baptism, arrived poorly made, a week late and from china, when it’s seemingly a UK brand? After paying almost £50 for a dress you’d think the quality of the dress would be good. The stitching is horrendous, the dress is see through, and the material feels like paper. I’ve emailed to request a refund and they’ve offered me a 10% refund and 50% off my next order(I won’t be ordering from here again, quality is worse than temu), or, I can pay the shipping with tracking all the way back to china. Don’t waste your time on this internet scam, will be starting a chargeback with my provider.

This website has no returns
This website has no returns. It's Chinese. Bought a dress for £54. Its poor quality. Customer service gave a return address in China, and said it had to sent "tracked" it was going to cost £28!

They mislead you into believing that…
They mislead you into believing that they are a UK company but when you ask for a refund you have to pay the cost to return it to China with tracking, with the replies that I have received from their so called customer service I am not willing to waste anymore money.
I ordered a jacket, I checked the size chart and ordered a size L which should have been a size 16 to 18 a size larger than my normal 12 to 14 as they suggested but it is far to small to seems to be a size 8 which is useless to me, as I followed their size chart it is an error at their end so I am entitled to a full refund and paid return postage, which they refuse to give. I am disgusted with myself for falling for what I now realise is a scam Chinese company posing as a UK one, and the customer service is appalling, as after sending 5 emails they still come back with the same, keep the item and get 30% refund which is an outrage as I followed their size chart. AVOID

Embarrassingly low quality 'denim' shirts
Taking Celeste London to be a UK company and impressed by the photos of three chunky 'denim' shirts, I ordered three of them for £84.03 total. After the confirmation email, I heard nothing for 13 days and discovered that they are based in The Netherlands. When the shirts arrived they were nothing like those on the website - cheaply run up from a horrid thin material with ghastly stitching. I'd be embarrassed to drop them off at charity shop. I emailed to request to return them and was told I had to ship them to China with tracking. They gave me an obscure address. The couriers also required an email address and phone number but after multiple requests, Celeste would not provide these. Neither would they suggest a suitable courier to use. I've spent ages researching couriers and have decided to cut my losses. I fell for an internet scam. Be warned, learn from my stupidity and stay away from this company.
