I absolutely love the quality of the hair. Its really soft. I also received it in a timely manner. I love it and would buy again.

Shipping took about 5 days. Upon arrival and taking half wig out of the package the curls were soft and very full. I brushed them out and wet the hair and the pattern returned immediately if anything it looked better. Very little shedding and absolutely no smell. I have been wearing this half wig since the day it arrived. I absolutely love it. It’s beyond versatile. I receive so many compliments while wearing it. Definitely will be trying out other curl patterns soon.

My experience with their customer service has been truly amazing, and I really appreciate the patience and understanding they have shown me throughout this process.

What I appreciate the most is the way they communicate. They genuinely care, and it doesn’t feel like it’s only about business. It’s about how they treat people, how they make you feel, how they prioritize you, and how they actually take the time to solve the problem.

I really, really appreciate this kind of customer service. I felt seen, I felt heard, and I felt like someone was truly putting themselves in my shoes and understanding where I was coming from. That kind of care and understanding means so much to me, and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience. ❤️
