Helpful, informative and friendly team. Dealt with multiple problems arising from our building work, changes in our budget and project scope to redo our houses heating system with underfloor heating, heat pump, solar panels and EV charger.

We recently had a NIBE Air source heat pump system installed along with new radiators and HanchuEss batteries. The Celtic Green energy company provided excellent service, their workmanship is exemplary and they ensured there was minimum disruption to our property.
This has made a great difference to the heating of our property and constant supply of hot water. As a result we have seen a remarkable change in our daily electricity consumption and reduced costs using the Octopus Cosy Tariff.
We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate in promoting installation of an Air source heat pump by them.

Needed my Vaillant heat pump repaired and serviced. Celtic Green Energy were very good at booking me in and keeping in touch. Rhys the engineer arrived could not find what was wrong, spent three hours talking to Vaillant and then told me the unit needed gassing. However, Celtic Green Energy were not qualified to work on the gas side but he knew a man who was. He then left. A few days later I got a bill for £288 for a heat pump service. That went up to over £320 + VAT when I suggested it wasn’t serviced because it was broken. No follow up on the repair, no offer to get some one else in to re-gas the unit, just rather clever if inappropriate comments from Julian in the office.
A very frustrating and expensive waste of time.

It s now over a year since i had 12 sola panels placed on my wooden cabin with a backup battery. In the whole time this has been fitted it has never worked, I have had 2 electricians call one came 3 times the other twice, the 2nd electrician was complaining about the worker and saying he should not have been left alone as he was not qualified even though Celtic Green Energy sold him to me as being the best around. I Started to have the sola panels installed in April/May 2025 two workman after a lot of banging around and many phone calls i was told that the wrong measurements had been given and they were having a job to fit the panels, i would like to make a point now that there were holes being made in the roof of the cabin then the plans were changed and more holes were made, after one workman went off to get more equipment to refit the panels. The whole system is not working, my cabin is leaking and the main structure within the cabin has split due to the drilling in of screws and fittings, i have gone to Julian to rectify this he wont pay, he wont give insurance detail s to my insurance company he wont refund the money this being nearly £10000 that i have paid for the sola panel system, he said he wants to repair the cabin this will be to just re felt the roof, i have had it looked at by the company i had it from, they will remove the roof and damaged structure and reroof and give me my guarantee back. The company Celtic Green Energy are not even trying to sort this nightmare out Julian has not even done a site visit. The laughable thing is that Julian has said that i am to pay him 30% of the cost of this job as the Sola Panels etc are now 2nd hand, How can it be 2nd Hand when the whole thing has never worked in the first place

Celtic Green Energy installed a MVHR system in our house. Great work by Jeremy, Dan and the rest of the team. Price was received quickly and was thorough. Questions were answered promptly. Despite the attic being very hot on some days the team worked well. Carpet protection was put down and care taken. The work was supposed to take two weeks but took longer since the team got diverted to another job. While this did not cause us problems, prior notification of days of absence would have been appreciated. The unit app stopped working a week or so after installation but has since resumed. System appears to work well. Early days though.

We are very happy with the service afforded by Celtic Green. The Engineer Kris Pass turned up on time if anything slightly earlier than we expected him which was good. We are unfamiliar with the workings of our air source heating because we had not been briefed by the installing company. Kris was friendly, well .presented and knowledgeable. He explained in detail to us the complicated operation of the system and took time to do so. He appeared to be 100% conversant with the workings of our Samsung system. Something that no has been able to do up until now despite trying with other plumbers from the installing company & Sub Contractor many times.
Kris went about his work with the minimum of fuss & sorted a problem with water pressure. We are very happy with his work & would not hesitate in using him again.

Thank you Celtic Green Energy for sending Chris to service my Samsung Gen 6 ASHP. I will always use this company for my ASHP in future. Chris was so thorough , efficient and tons of patience dealing with all my many questions and explaining everything. He sorted my settings out and for the first time since having the pump fitted I feel I can relax and stop worrying constantly about the running of my ASHP. I would recommend this company(especially Chris) to anyone whether requiring a service or an ASHP installed. Great customer service too.

We had a complete installation of a central heating and domestic hot water system, powered from an air source heat pump by Celtic Green Energy, in January last year.
It has been up and running perfectly for just over a year, so I called upon Celtic Green to carry out an annual service check and inspection. This was carried out on Tuesday of this week, after waiting for a dry day to service the heat pump which is sited outdoors. This was carried out and everything was found to be running perfectly with no leaks or faults apperent.

The entire process, from the representative's visit to the actual installation of the solar panels, was smooth and hassle-free. The installers arrived on time and completed the job in just a few hours. The polite and helpful staff made the whole experience exceptionally easy and pleasant.

Every interaction with this company has been incredibly polite and helpful. From Beth, who came to advise me and provide a quote, to the two gentlemen who installed the panels, their customer service has been exceptional. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you all! 😍

On 1st installation, I was sent an incompetent engineer,
BUT then I was sent an excellent engineer.
However, the 1st guy had mis-wired the FITs meter, which did not record readings.
Another engineer came and rewired it.
There was a delay in compensating me for the missing readings, BUT Mr.Jenkins, managing director, sorted it all out. Full repayment plus a voucher. All's well that ends well.

Solar panels, EV charger and heat pump installed on schedule. The workmen were nice, polite and cleaned up after each day's work. System all working well. Would recommend.

The team of installers were very professional and completed the work without any fuss.
