Not Good!
They bought up Celtic water and are using what was Celtic waters good reputation to lure former customers in.
Poor treatment of customers especially when something goes wrong! I was left with damaged and flooded kitchen and now I am ghosted.
All I have to say, look at all the international Trustpilot pages this company has, alarm bells!!

Scandalous charges
Appointment booked, engineer called prior to arriving and was accommodating, that’s where the positive feedback ends, service consisted of pressing a couple of buttons and lasted 10 minutes for a charge of 140€ absolutely disgusting…no parts no labour literally push a couple of buttons…

Rude and annoying plummer who refused to listen, and just constantly interrupted me instead. Idiot.
The water system that was installed works great. My grievance was with the technician who installed it. I had booked the installation for anytime after 2 o clock. He called the evening before and told me he wanted to come at 8 in the morning as ''the other man wasn't answering his phone so he was going to come to me first instead ''. I told him I wouldn't be there. He argued with me for 5 minutes about it, even though there was nothing I could do about it. Interrupting me consistently throughout. I told him to take it up with his employers if he wasn't happy. I was livid. Then I was also trying to give him directions to the carpark of my apartment, he wouldn't listen, not once, Interrupting me constantly to tell me ''it was nothing but a pain in the hole '' for him. I walked Culligans the next morning to complain about him. I was told I would get a call back on ghe matter. I didn't. When he rang me again looking for directions to the carpark ghe day of the installation, same thing again. Wouldn't listen. I drove around for 10 minutes looking for him and also my son had been out for 20 minutes before I arrived looking for him and in the end I found him parked at the train station. Couldn't have been more annoying if it was all done on purpose. It ruined my 2 days dealing with him and I'm still annoyed about it.

The service technician was very polite…
The service technician was very polite and professional. I was notified the service had to be deferred because the technician got delayed at an other customer's house. As a delivery driver I know this happens which is out of your control.
