Amazing quality materials and super soft, also true to size! I believe i got a medium, i prefer larger though so next time i'm def getting a large!!! The hoodie is amazing, customer support also absolutely top tier, but if you order from Poland, expect to pay additionally for customs. In my case it was a small amount ( 11zÅ),so I didn't mind.

Regarding the customs charge, this only occurred because your order was modified after being placed. As we needed to change the hoodie, the original shipment had to be cancelled and reprocessed, which removed the initial customs handling on that shipment.
This is not something that typically happens and would not occur on standard orders without changes after dispatch.
