Amazing. Speedy delivery.

Called CEN automotive and talked to Sean, very helpful person and arranged an appointment to check on my 32year old Toyota.
Within two days of my first visit, appointment arranged to install audio unit and reverse camera.
Very professional and knowledgeable team of engineers completed the job on time.
Very impressed all round and worth every penny.
Wish more automotive companies could be like CEN automotive

I've got a thinkware U3000 which went faulty after a year, and spoke to Sean about the issue. He was very helpful in all the information he knew to try and get me back up and running. Unfortunately the camera wasn't having any of it, and Sean said to send it back and he'll replace asap to which he did. 👍👍👍. A huge thank you Sean and Ben 😀😀

I recently travelled over 2 hours to have a jl audio sub supplied and fitted in my bmw 3 series and I can honestly say it was 100% worth it! Sean and dean at CEN automotive were professional, knowledgeable, and took real pride in their work,

The installation was done to a very high standard everything was neat, secure, and set up properly. They took the time to make sure the system was tuned correctly and explained everything clearly before I left. The bass sounds incredible and integrates perfectly with the car.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish, and you can tell these guys genuinely know what they’re doing! If you’re considering audio work or upgrades, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CEN automotive I’d happily travel the distance again.

5* - So happy with the excellent Service received by the guys at CEN Automotive. Left with a massive smile on my face, having had an Android Auto Pioneer Stereo fitted. The added bonus was that it came with a exterior microphone which now makes the call so much clearer.

Absolutely brillant company!
They gave me great advice on the car amp before I bought it and responded really quickly even out of hours! Also offer discounts on their products and the delivery was very fast.

These guys repaired my HiFi audio system for my bmw. Cheaper than an alternative, very helpful even after sale, fast turnaround and communicated well throughout. Would recommend.

Dealt with a guy called Ben. Supplied all the parts needed for my Porsche including CarPlay radio unit. Wouldn’t highly recommend this company to anyone.

What a joke.
After sending in pictures of my steering wheel and existing stereo I was recommended a new stereo and conversion kit which I bought immediately.
I paid for two auto electricians to visit my workplace who both said the stereo is incorrect and would not fit my vehicle.
After many enquiries and complaints these jokers eventually told me that the stereo they supplied me would not fit my vehicle. I sent the equipment back and am now down over £240.00
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Got the front n rear speakers and tweeters upgraded, plus an amp & active sub... Fair price for the gear plus labour. Really happy with the new setup, thanks to Sean, Dean and the rest of the team at CEN for a smooth, successful and clean install. Great handover and sound advice from Dean. Nice one fellas.

Extremely efficient and when i mistakenly ordered the wrong product , there were no issues at all , a full refund!

I bought an Anker Solix Folding 200W Solar Panel from CEN UK via their eBay store and the service I received was exemplary. Not only did they respond swiftly to my queries prior to my placing my order but they were so helpful and informative during our communication. Excellent service and delivery ,after sales was outstanding even at 7.30 in the evening helping me out with a Canbus adapter, Even on a Sunday morning gave me more advice and I finally got head unit running, unbeatable, would recommend to anyone and use again.Simply first class

Great customer service, placed order for new unit and received a call straight away to make sure I had ordered the right can bus adapter to go with it. Delivery was quick and unit looks great in camper van now. Will definitely be going back to order the rear camera to go with it.

Absolutely brilliant customer service.
I thought I needed to install some new hardware into my Mini to get Apple CarPlay but after I sent in the requested photos, I was advised I just needed a software update and directed to someone who could help me with that.
They could have got me to take my car in, charge for a consultation, etc. but did this all free of charge.
And the company they re-directed me to were equally helpful and managed to get me set up without any extra modifications at all!

Very Helpful given lots of information on the best products for my car. Answered all my questions. Great company. Now using them to fit my stereo system:)

Your customer service is terrible. I bought this product, and when I unpacked it, I found that it was not compatible with my car. I returned it, but I was told that since I had unpacked it and touched the item, you could not issue a refund. Compare your customer service to other stores — I will never buy anything from you again
