We’re sorry about the lack of shipping notification and that the package was left in the mailbox area without a heads-up, causing your neighbor to bring it to your door. That’s not the smooth delivery experience we want to provide.

Gracias por tu reseña de tres estrellas. Lamentamos que el código QR haya salido borroso y que el logo se viera estirado en la parte frontal de las tarjetas. Entendemos tu frustración.
El problema principal fue la resolución baja de las imágenes que nos enviaste, lo que afectó la nitidez del QR y el logo al imprimir. Respecto al empaque, las tarjetas se colocan en el mismo estilo de caja que usamos para todas las órdenes de business cards, para protegerlas lo mejor posible durante el envío.
Como muestra de buena voluntad y para compensar tu experiencia, te ofrecemos un 20% de descuento en tu próxima orden.
Si deseas aplicar el descuento o tienes alguna otra inquietud, por favor envíanos un correo a orders@centercityprint.com con el número de tu orden. Estaremos encantados de ayudarte.
