Centerfy AI レビュー

Had a great onboarding call with Sherwin from Centerfy.ai — he was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough in explaining the platform. He made the setup process smooth and answered every question clearly. Excellent support experience overall!

The onboarding process was a great experience. I am sure I know very little about the capabilities but what a great start with the tool.

John at Centerfy made my onboarding experience smooth and stress-free. He was patient, thorough, and walked me through everything step-by-step, making sure I understood the process from start to finish. He made setup feel effortless and gave me confidence that I chose the right platform. Really appreciated his support — highly recommend.

Centerfy AI made it easy to white label my own AI agency. Onboarding was quick and painless. Documentation is solid for growing my own knowledge of the platform.

The product has been great so far and onboarding is smooth. Learning it now but is is very powerful

Lara was a great help, esplained all my questions and made sure I had the email for support so if I had anymore questions I could contact them.

I have been a Centerfy user for almost a year and have had my share of ups and downs, some of them self-inflicted. AI is a new world, so I'm learning as I go. Anytime I have needed help with something, they have always helped me out. Just yesterday, I upgraded my relationship with Centerfy to whitelabel for my Agency. They have earned my trust!

Great experience on onboarding call with Lara, she took her time to really explain a lot of details and answer questions.

John Cabrera was great! Very helpful and courteous. Took the time to explain what was going on and fixed the problems. He deserves 5 stars and is the only reason I am giving 4 stars. Before my time with John I would have given a 1-star rating. It took over a week to get my issue resolved. I had to go through several chat sessions even though I requested a zoom mtg at the beginning. Even then, after the chats, it was a week before John had an opening on his calendar.

Lara did an amazing job with the onboarding! Highly recommend

Great product and great service. We use with all our clients!

Michael from Centerfy AI was fantastic! He was very friendly, extremely informative, and made the entire process clear and easy to follow. He gave me actionable next steps to help me succeed with Centerfy AI, and his guidance really boosted my confidence.
I’m brand new to the system and still a little nervous about getting everything set up, but Michael’s support has made me feel much more prepared. I’ll follow up with another review once I have everything up and running as it should.
Highly recommend working with Michael and the Centerfy team!

Lara Katrina Chong was wonderful during the onboarding process. She took her time, answered all of my questions and was a joy to work with.

I run an agency business, and the Ai has been an absolute game-changer for us!!

Also whenever I've questions or needed guidance, they've been super responsive to help me out!

Since implementing, I've seen measurable improvements in speed to lead and sales, definitely give it a try!!

It's been a fantastic complement to my team!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to give credit where it’s due. The team at Centerfy honestly went above and beyond to help me get everything set up and running smoothly. They didn’t just send a few links or copy-paste answers — they actually took the time to walk me through things step by step and made sure I understood how to use every feature.

The training videos were super clear, and when I had questions, their support team was patient and quick to respond. They even customized parts of my setup to fit exactly what I needed for my business.

It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares about your success, but Centerfy’s team does. The support, the communication, and the extra effort they put in really made the difference for me. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants real people and real support behind their AI tools.

The support and training is fantastic. The videos are super helpful. Highly recommend centerfy.ai. I have had great experience using the support team as well and getting my questions answered.

What makes a company great is the team/support they have behind them and this company exceeded my expectations. It has an incredible staff!! Lara helped my team and I set everything up from start to finish and showed us how to change the prompts for our ai assistant, as well as how we can do custom buildouts for any of our specific needs. She was pleasant to work with and I highly recommend you ask for her if possible. She'll take great care of you!

Centerfy.ai helped us scale to over $100k/ month and changed the way I operate in my business!

The software and the support staff at Centerfy are 2nd to none! And a huge thanks to them for not only doubling our business, but at the same time automated 3 different functions of our business entirely. Our profit margins and the freedom we now have are all thanks to Centerfy and their team.

Their AI software performs exactly as advertised (even better than expected) and I'm confident it’s way more powerful, reliable than any other Ai company. What really makes Centerfy stand out is the people behind the tech.

Their support team doesn’t just answer the questions I have for them but they actually help you build and scale out your business.

So grateful I found them when I did. Couldn’t recommend anyone else in the market!

Really good experience so far, the support has been great, i have let go 4+ Appointment Setters as the software now takes care of everything, messages, qualifying, booking appointments, i can't recommend the team enough, great experience
