The two ladies at the Whittlesey


The two ladies at the Whittlesey branch Nadine and Gemma were helpful from start to finish
They kept us up to date every step of the way. Always available to answer any questions.Both very passionate about their job role lots of care and compassion for my family on the death of my dad.Thank you to you both

The staff were amazing so helpful


The staff were amazing so helpful especially Tracey who is definitely in the right job. Her compassion and thoughtfulness was just what I needed to cope with a very difficult time. At no time were we rushed when we came to see my husband and on the day the the respect and courtesy shown by everyone including wearing blue ties in line with our Birmingham city football club theme. We are a big family and the funeral could not have been more perfect for Dave. Thank you

Mum’s funeral was taken care of as she would have wanted. Our wishes were listened to. Everything went to plan. Stress free.

Respectful, helpful and supportive.

The whole experience was carried out with care, consideration and kindness.

The whole experience was carried out with sensitivity,
efficiency and kindness. One approaches such an undertaking with a degree of anxiety but Sinead fulfilled all that one would hope for with such a welcome mix of professionalism and personalised attention. Much appreciation, thank you.

Professionalism right from the word go.

From the moment they picked our mom up from home they were very respectful, kind and considerate. The ladies especially Nancy looked after us in our time of need even when we couldn’t make decisions or kept changing our minds. She was very patient and always there when we needed her. The Co-Op Funeral Directors have been established for a long time and I can understand why. Their professionalism is next to none. Thank you.

always a staff member to welcome and


always a staff member to welcome and advise me .Knowing myself and my sons to help us throughout the whole process and always telling us of what would happen next.They were so respectful of my late husband,their dad,every time they spoke of him. We never felt uncomfortable or rushed.The day of the funeral was faultless .

I was treated with respect as was my wife. Any questions/I asked were answered and l felt confident that everything would be fine. The funeral people were caring supportive. Could not have been better.

Exemplary service

Every member of the team was kind, considerate, efficient and very professional.
In particular, Kaye at the Churchdown funeral home was so reassuring and incredibly well organised. I felt supported through every stage of the funeral and interment arrangements.
