I have been using Central Housing Group for over 3 years now. Myself I am a professional landlord with a small portfolio of rental properties. However without a shadow of doubt when my tenants leave I will be transfer my properties to Central Housing Group. Why????

The team are extremely professional and are always available to take my call and deal with any items of concern.

Recently I went through a re-mortgage and needed to arrange for the Surveyor to pop round. I rang Central Housing Group and they said they will work with tenants and mortgage company and i should not be troubled.

I have used the full management service, therefore I don't get the calls from tenants (which always seem to happen on a Saturday night when I am out with family). They also visit the property on a regular basis just to make sure everything is ok and there are no issues.

I am so impressed with their service that i am in the process of buying additional places just so I can rent it via them.

I was recommended to this organisation by someone I trust. I contracted with Central Housing Group and till now I have had no problems. All issues are dealth with immediately without accuring extra costs. I get full information and statements on time. All is done by email and confirmed by letters. I am extremely happy with this organisation. I have had so many problems in the past with those so called Estate Agents and for the last few years I have not been troubled at all and my stress levels have gone down.

Friendly staff, and a great company that I trust to rent out my property. Have been using them for over 10 years without any issues.

After explaining my issue it was fully resolved with a promised follow-up in 12 months time.

Central housing have taken care of everything for us, and by letting us spread the cost has made the whole process painless and affordable.

I am writing to let you how satisfied I am with the Central Housing Group for the speed in which Deniz and the team, got all the kitchen, furniture, decorating, and carpets quotes together. They were more than competitive and made it quite easy for me to agree to.
The contractors came into my two bedroom property and fully stripped it from top to bottom and completed the refurbishment to a fantastic standard within one week, the before and after pictures taken fully supported all this which meant I did not have to visit, they looked that good and safe to say, the inspection was passed.
So once again I would like to thank all at CHG for delivering such a brilliant service and for their consistency in all matters over the years. I know I can confidently recommend them and their team to anyone who may be thinking of renting out their property, and from that confidence I have always been happy to renew my contract once the renewals comes around.

However, on this occasion, I dealt with him directly and I was amazed at the level of service he offered. He went over and above the call of duty to deal with the issue at hand. We have rented our house through CHG as a landlord.

Our relationship as a landlord /tenant started from Dec 2019, however we were in contact with the company 4 months before Dec 2019 during which we carried out various jobs/activities to bring the house up to mandatory standards. They made all the possible expenditure to us very clear from the get go and assisted us at every point. They were very cooperative and professional throughout.

Central Housing Group have been managing my property for well over a decade now. During that time I have found all staff to be friendly, open, honest and always there to listen. My rent has always been paid on time and has never been late. They have been very patience with me as at times I can be difficult to get hold of. Recently I had some concerns and they were all ironed out to my satisfaction and was even called over the weekend to keep me posted.

If anyone needs an open and honest Letting Agency to manage there property then I would not hesitate to recommend Central Housing Group. CHG guided us through the rental process very well. They have been attentive to our property and ensured repairs have been undertaken in a timely manner when required. All staff we have had contact with have been approachable and responsive. Would recommend letting your property through them.

Central Housing has been managing my property for over 10 years now and I am quite impressed with the way all matters are handled whether it is maintenance, repairs or refurbishment which has just been completed to a good standard in a short time. The property is now as good as when first rented out through the company. The rent is always paid on time. The company stands out for their professionalism, service and excellent communication.
