Very good experience.

Very thorough and efficient process everything explained to the letter ..docu sign was simple via Nivo...funds released as wanted..all in all a great experience and recommended.

Great Customer Service

From initial enquiry to release of funds 7 days. The team could not have made more sure I understood what I was undertaking and met my 2 specific needs in the product.

Great service using the comms portal where appropriate for speed and phone calls where more detail or understanding was required.

Would recommend if you need advise and support to make the right choice for you.

Cannot recommend Central Trust enough, they were very easy to deal with and took the stress out of the process. Kept me fully up to date all the way through. The staff were amazing. Brilliant service.

Excellent advice with zero pressure!

Such a lovely bunch of people to deal with! They took so much time to ensure I understood everything and made all the financial aspects clear to me. At no point did I feel pressured or under any obligation! From initial enquiry to funds being available took only 48 hrs

Friendly and professional service all the way!

The team were very thorough when making sure we had all the necessary information, reassuring us and answering any questions we had, taking care to make sure we understood every step of the way. They were very easy to talk to, and made what could have been quite a gruelling process relatively stress free, giving friendly and professional service all the way!

Central Trust were brilliant to deal with. I have a hearing problem and they went above and beyond to get an app that allowed me to communicate effectively. Would highly recommend Central Trust.
