I had a very positive experience with Centra Training. The course was well organised, clear, and easy to follow, which made learning much more enjoyable.

Very informative and interesting

My experience with Centra Training has been positive from the beginning. The team is supportive and quick to guide me whenever I need help. My assessor explains things clearly, making the coursework easier to understand, even when the topics feel heavy. I also appreciate how they check in on my progress and make sure I feel confident with each unit.
The online system is easy to follow, and the resources are organised well, so I never feel lost when I start a new task. I like how they encourage honest reflection and personal growth rather than pressuring learners.
Overall, the mix of support, patience and clear communication made my learning experience strong. I am confident in my role because of the training. I recommend Centra to anyone who wants steady guidance while working in care.

Great course. I had a brilliant tutor who supported me the whole way through

I recently completed my NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care with Centra Training, and I’m extremely grateful for all the support and guidance I received throughout the process. My assessor, Rebecca, was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, professional, and truly dedicated to helping me succeed.

Rebecca explained every unit clearly and always made sure I felt confident in my understanding before moving forward. Her feedback was constructive and encouraging, and she was always available when I needed support. She made the whole experience smooth and manageable, even while balancing work alongside the course.

The training materials provided by Centra Training were easy to follow, and the whole programme felt well organised. Thanks to Rebecca and the team, I’ve achieved my NVQ Level 2 and feel much more confident in my role within health and social care.
