After an error on my part setting up a new Fuel Dispensing Unit my 1st contact with Tim Morewood at Centre Tank Services was exceptional, he was incredibly helpful, patient and fast to correct the error and get the product set up allowing me to log in.

Great company to deal with
I wanted a small number of components for a prototype that i am building, not only did they put them selves out to help but they where happy to make up some bespoke hoses for the project

Great service but DPD leaves a lot to be desired
Unlike the Piusi website, this one was easy to navigate to find to items I needed to sort out a problem with my fuelling supply. The order was processed promptly, and correctly and arrived, eventually.
It must have been a bad day for DPD because they arrived several hours before their scheduled delivery and were just about to depart when I met the driver. He refused to deliver the parcel because he said that he'd recorded a "nobody at home" (despite the fact that I have a standing instruction with DPD to leave in a safe place) and it would have to go back to the depot even though I was holding the parcel in my hands! So much for commonsense!

Excellent Customer Service.
